Camera or microphone unavailable

Find Hidden View in iPhone Settings and allow Camera or Microphone access. Microphone permission is requested when you start recording video.

Captures missing from Photos

Allow the app to add photos. Captures are also available from the in-app gallery at the top left. Copies saved to Photos are managed separately by the Photos app.

Redownloads and refunds

Redownload with the Apple Account used to purchase the app. All bundled perspectives are included; there is no in-app purchase to restore. Apple handles App Store payments and refund requests.

A frame rate is unavailable

Available frame rates depend on your active camera and device. Switch cameras or select a supported rate.
